Shu Bam

Excellent, friendly service. One of, if not the, best Philly's I've had. The Shu Bam Philly was overflowing with steak, chicken, shrimp, onions and peppers. Perfectly seasoned, I didn't want to add anything to it. Chose fries, which were good, but would've chosen the okra if I'd paid more attention to the menu. Their special today was gumbo, so also got a cup and it was way more food than I expected. Gumbo was full of shrimp, crab, sausage, chicken, okra, and the trinity. I'd wager it's the best gumbo I've had in Mobile from any restaurant (looking at you, long-time institutions). Overall there was definitely enough food for two people, so me and a buddy shared. I'll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend checking it out. Don't miss out on it.

Glad I found this place. Food is good and just like being at home. It’s a huge that they’re in the industrial area. Easy stop for breakfast when starting work & a nice way to start the morning.

I absolutely Love Shu Bam's food. My favorite is their breakfast menu and getting the fish/shrimp plate or the salmon pattie plate. My husband likes to get the fried bologna breakfast sandwich on his way to work. We split steak/chicken philly w/fries because it was just that big and fulfilling. I like the fact that we can call in our order and it will be ready by the time we get there or very shortly after. The food is very delicious.

I can't believe I slept on this lil establishment ‼ Anybody that knows me knows I love food, I'm a cafeteria manager been one for 4yrs now and working in a cafeteria over 14yrs now......boi when I tell you ,I have NEVER had a salmon, egg & cheese sandwich. I was delicious hot and fresh all in one, I was lost getting there. The young lady got in her car and met me to bring me to the establishment. Customer Service was over the top. I will definitely be back.

Friendly service, fast preparation, and the food was excellent. Garlic parmesan wings with tots were awesome. Definitely recommend and will be back.

It was the customer service! It was the food!I arrived at the tail end of breakfast and missed the salmon patties and grits. I was extremely disappointed, so the young lady at the counter asked the female cook (I forgot to get her name) if she would be willing to make some more…Listennn, she didn’t even have to act like that with these salmon patties. They were incredible . 11/10

Ive driven passed this spot many times while working, and i i finally stopped in there today. I ordered the Shubam Philly with fries. The fries were hot, seasoned and crispy. The philly was absolutely fantastic. Will absolutely be back to try other things.

So glad we stopped in to this gem on the way back from Florida to Texas! It was super easy to get to, easily accessible from I-10. The food was delicious and the people were super friendly! If you’re looking for a quick but delicious meal, make sure you stop in.DO NOT MISS THIS LITTLE STOP!!!! The Shu bam slam and grits are absolutely amazing!!
